This site is written for fertility clinics and the people who work at them. If you are an intended parent, you are welcome to read it, but we do not treat patients and we are not the clinic: any consultation or treatment is between you and the clinic.
We advertise a partner clinic by name on our own advertising accounts and pages, with the clinic's written permission and with every advert approved by the clinic before it runs. We then speak to the intended parents who respond, ask them the questions the clinic wants asked, and book consultations into the clinic's calendar. A clinic pays a fixed fee per booked appointment that the patient attends. Each patient goes to one clinic only.
We are not a clinic, a doctor or a medical provider. We give no medical advice, we provide no treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a promise of any medical outcome. We do not decide whether a clinic can treat someone: the clinic does. We do not tell an intended parent which clinic is best for them. We do not sell the same patient to several clinics, and we do not charge a share of what a treatment costs.
The commercial terms with your clinic, which markets and treatments we advertise, the fee per attended appointment, when an appointment is replaced rather than billed, how adverts are approved, and how the permission to use your name, logo and photos may be withdrawn, are set out in the separate written agreement we sign with you. These terms of use do not replace that agreement and do not create one. What is on this website is a description of the service, not an offer.
If you give us a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we text you about your clinic's partnership with us: arranging a call, asking or answering a question about an advert, an approval or a booked appointment, or confirming something after a call. Each message is written one to one by the person working with your clinic, so message frequency varies with what your partnership needs; there is no recurring campaign. Our system sends no more than five messages a day to any one number. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not text patients or intended parents.
Reply STOP to any message from us to stop text messages to that number; STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT work the same way. Reply START or UNSTOP to start again, and HELP to get help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply: what you pay, if anything, depends on your mobile plan and your carrier. Messages can be delayed or fail to arrive for reasons outside our control, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to text messages is never a condition of working with us. What we store, and the fact that we do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or messaging consent for anyone else's marketing, is in our Privacy Policy.
We keep this website accurate, and we may change it at any time. The text, layout and design of the site are ours; you may read it and link to it, and you may not publish it as your own. The Legal notice carries the company details and the disclaimer for the site's content.
If we change these terms we change this page and the date at the top of it.
