How can an IVF clinic abroad get patients from the US?

US patients look abroad because of cost, compare you with published US results, and need their records when they fly home.

Why do they look abroad?

Cost: RESOLVE lists only 15 states with an insurance mandate that covers IVF.

What will they compare you to?

The CDC publishes success rates for every reporting US clinic (CDC), so show yours as births with the number of cycles behind them.

What goes wrong after they fly home?

Patients struggle to transfer their records (KFF Health News, 2026), so hand over protocol, drugs and doses, lab results and embryo report in English before they leave.

What should you tell them first?

Your country's rules on embryo storage, donor anonymity, sex selection and the number of embryos transferred.
